What is included by category
Sarees
Sarees measure approximately 6.5 metres in total, including the blouse fabric. The blouse piece is generally 80 cm; selected pieces include approximately 1.5 metres of blouse fabric. Please confirm the blouse-piece length for your selected saree. Fall and pico are not included but can be arranged on request.
Unstitched suits
Each set includes fabric for the top, bottom and dupatta. Lining is not included.
Lehengas
Stitching and alterations are included. The blouse is either ready-made or, if unstitched, will be stitched for you. The lehenga, blouse and outfit components are supplied as shown in the product images, including cancan where shown as part of the outfit. Please contact us to confirm skirt length, waist measurements and fitting requirements for your selected piece.
Ready-made suits
Lengths vary by design. For the exact top and bottom lengths, measurements and fit, please contact us on +91 63076 52564 or +91 88742 21106. You can also book a video call to view the outfit and discuss its details, between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. IST.
Size & fit
Most ready-made pieces are free size, generally suitable for Medium to Large. Fit varies by outfit; please contact us to confirm measurements before ordering. Many pieces have margins that allow basic size adjustments, subject to the available fabric and construction.
Alterations & custom orders
Basic size alterations may be possible where margins allow. Changes to colour, sleeves, neckline or length are not offered as standard options. Please contact our team about any special request or custom sizing before ordering; availability must be confirmed for the selected outfit.
Dispatch timelines
- Ready-stock pieces in the required size, unstitched suits and sarees: dispatched within 2 days after finishing.
- Pieces requiring size alterations: allow 7–10 days for dispatch.
- Confirmed custom orders: allow 25–30 days for dispatch.
Dispatch depends on the sizing and work required. These are dispatch timelines, not delivery times; courier transit time is additional. Please contact us to confirm the timeline for your outfit before ordering.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are additional. Contact our team for shipping charges and an estimated delivery time for your destination.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind. Please confirm sizing, included pieces and dispatch requirements with us before placing your order.
Alteration assistance
Our team can assist with alterations where the outfit has sufficient margins. Please contact us to confirm feasibility and arrangements.
Quality checks & order issues
Every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
